ProKyma completed a Series A investment round in December 07. Since then it has been working on scaling up the application for microbiological testing and improving the reliability of immunoassays.
In April 08, we opened a Category 2 equipped microbiology laboratory in the MerseyBio Incubator in Liverpool. In 2009, the preparatory work culminated in the breakthrough of a dual force approach to improve and automate the handling of magnetic particles with the initial application in TB detection. |
