Stephen Williams FCA – Finance Director
Current Head of Finance of Dstl, Stephen is a Qualified Chartered Accountant who has extensive experience of working at a senior level within the media sector, with a particular emphasis on acquisitions. He was also involved in the financing of the launch of Channel 4 and brings over 20 years experience of the Private Sector and 8 years of the Public Sector to this role.

Dr David Owen OBE – Non Executive Director
David Owen has a Ph.D. in pharmacology and worked in senior management positions in the pharmaceutical industry R&D for more than 20 years. He is the sole named inventor on one of two key patents for a major, marketed drug. Owen then headed Technology Transfer at the Medical Research Council until he retired from the position of CEO, Medical Research Council Technology. He has wide experience in management of intellectual property, licensing, creation of new companies. He is now a non-executive Director in a number of biosciences companies, technology transfer companies and advises a number of investment funds.
